Site safety briefing, confined space entry compliance, exhaust ventilation, and equipment mobilization to rooftop or basement.
Dismantling & Surface Prep
Dismantling defective covers, internal rusted bracket stays, scraping degraded joints, and thorough surface washing.
HDPE Relining & Alignment
Installation of food-grade 2.0mm HDPE lining, double-wedge thermal extrusion welding, and realigning tank panels.
Re-assembly & Cover Renewal
Installation of brand new internal bracket stays, re-attaching panels, and installing new protective tank covers.
Hydrostatic Backfill Test
Filling tank to full operational capacity to inspect joint seals, seams, and nozzles under hydrostatic pressure.
36-Month Warranty Handover
